With more than 20 successfully expressed proteins, here’s one example of our SmartRoute™ to Proteins platform making a difference in the AgBio sector: 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐁𝐋𝐄𝐌: The demand for efficient and scalable production of protein-based biopesticides is growing, yet many solutions remain limited by low yields, long development times, and challenging scale-up. 𝐒𝐎𝐋𝐔𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍: With our SmartRoute™ to Proteins, we provide a streamlined path from proof-of-concept (PoC) to industrial-scale manufacturing. Combining strain engineering, bioprocess optimization, and scalable fermentation strategies, we accelerate development while maximizing protein titers. 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐔𝐋𝐓𝐒: In just 3 months, we achieved up to 15 g/L of secreted protein, significantly surpassing conventional development timelines and demonstrating the efficiency of our platform. 𝐅𝐔𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄 𝐃𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐋𝐎𝐏𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓: Additionally, we can push yields even further, ensuring that industrial-scale production is both efficient and cost-effective for large-scale applications.
