The first phase spans 38,050 m², with plans for future expansion by an additional 51,500 m². A centrally placed fireplace connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas. House BB. This modern family home follows the natural slope of the terrain, with the entrance and parking at the highest point where the road provides access. The main living spaces open onto a terrace on the first floor, while the bedrooms and wellness area are positioned on the lower level for added privacy. All utility spaces are located in the embedded section, where natural light is less essential. House PK. Two volumes, each with its own function - the living area on one side, a separate garage on the other. Between them, a thoughtfully designed terrace bridges the indoor and outdoor spaces, uniting both volumes into a cohesive architectural whole. ARHIVISION x ebm-papst Slovenia. The reconstruction and expansion of ebm-papst's production and office facilities in Cerknica cover a total area of 5,600 m². The project is divided into three main phases. The first phase focuses on extending the main production hall, the second on renovating the delivery areas, and the third on constructing new administrative offices and additional production spaces.
