Once again, Guardiaris shares knowledge with the students at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Computer and Information Science!   Today, Vito stepped into the shoes of a college professor and taught a lesson in advanced computer graphics, specifically how the GUARD team tackled the creation of the whole earth inside the engine. We think it's important to share industry insights with students, to show them how they can creatively apply all their acquired knowledge and skills in real use-case scenarios.   We're proud to be in a position to share these bits of wisdom and we're excited for more such excursions in the future. Are biometrics the future of military training? Do Guardiaris employees make good test subjects? Let's find out!   The TRAVISMOS project's latest testing phase was conducted last week at Guardiaris HQ, expanding the pool of test subjects to our very own Tribe members and gathering useful insights about their biometrics under the stress of various training scenarios. Our valued partners from VTT and the Slovenska vojska/Slovenian Armed Forces joined us for what proved to be an exciting test session.   A big thank you to the Tribe for letting us track your vitals in the name of science and innovation. Yesterday was another successful test day. Our engineers keep coming up with incredible new training solutions and this time we're excited to reveal the in-vehicle embedded training simulator for the MANGART 25 RWS.   Bringing the training straight to the field without a single shot fired, this solution integrates into the turret's control system and runs directly on its hardware to provide the ultimate training environment–the actual vehicle.   A big thanks to everyone involved on this project, yesterday was a big step forward for innovative training solutions and we can't wait to see what comes next. We're excited to announce a significant milestone at Guardiaris. Our Trainer Upgrade Kit compatible with the Trainer Spike LR1® has passed all testing with flying colors and officially entered operational use with the Slovenska vojska/Slovenian Armed Forces.   This advanced solution offers unprecedented versatility and adaptability of indoor training for individual operators or squads with support for multi-mission tactical configurations of diverse simulator types, including but not limited to vehicles (from 4×4 to 8×8 and MBT), remote weapon stations, forward observers, small arms, and other anti-armor simulators. What brand of rubber do tanks ride on? 🤔 This was one of the questions that popped up during the latest iteration of #InnovationDay last Friday. Do you know the answer? We reckon it's Conti.   Nejc Srica took the floor this time to teach us about 3D modelling, high- and low-polygon models, LODs, and all the processes involved in creating the intricate digital recreations used in our GUARD Engine. Major advancements on the SHOLFEA R&D project as participating companies share their latest findings and progress.   This week, the participants in the "Shoulder Launched Family for European Armies" project (funded by the EDF) gathered at our HQ in Ljubljana to assess the general progress of each party and to conduct technical presentations to everyone involved.   We're very impressed by the incredible innovations brought to the table by each of the partners. What an experience! Our first time at #EnforceTac was a blast. We're grateful for the opportunity to showcase our innovative solutions to a completely new crowd here in Germany.
