📣 NAPOVED: 20 let Kagami Biraki! 📚 Neformalno učenje: Starejši osnovnošolci in srednješolci pridobijo znanja o organizaciji prireditev, timskem delu in socialnih veščinah. 🤝 Aktivno vključevanje: Mladi se vključijo v vse faze prireditev, kar krepi njihovo samozavest in organizacijske sposobnosti. 🌟 Prepoznavnost mladinskega dela: Kagami Biraki prispeva k prepoznavnosti mladinskega dela v MOL. 👫Dostopnost: Projekt omogoča vključitev mladih z manj priložnostmi. 🔄 Trajnost in prenos znanja: S prenosom znanja zagotavljamo trajnost dogodka in razvoj nove generacije organizatorjev. Vaša podpora bo mladim omogočila dragoceno izkušnjo in pridobitev znanj. ☎️ Za več informacij nas kontaktirajte na 031 738 546. #judogolovec #kagamibiraki #judo #tournament

This year's theme is WELL-BEING, as judo encourages us to achieve balanced physical and mental health and personal growth. Well-being is a complex combination of physical, mental, emotional, and social health factors, strongly linked to happiness and life satisfaction. It reflects how you feel about yourself and your life. We are proud that this year we hosted 48 young people and 14 coaches from clubs in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Spain, Romania, and Slovenia in Portorož as part of the Erasmus+ project "Feel Great." Together, we strengthened judo values, connected young people from different cultures, and focused on well-being and mental health, emphasizing lifelong learning. 📌 Highlights of the Project: Well-Being: We used the "Education through Sport" method to educate young people about the importance of mental health and well-being. Intercultural Bonding: Young people aged 13-25 participated in games and workshops to foster better understanding and friendship between cultures. Motivational Lectures: Participants were lectured by prominent experts from the International Judo Federation (IJF): Florin Daniel Lascau, Raul Camacho Perez, Slaviša Bradić, and our own Nuša Lampe. 🔑 Specific Well-Being Activities Included: ✅ Connect ✅ Be Active ✅Pay Attention ✅ Keep Learning 👉 On this World Judo Day, let's remember that judo isn't just a sport—it is a life skill that strengthens the body, mind, and spirit and connects us to the community. _ 🌟 Join Us! 🌟 How can judo drive positive change in our local communities? Share your thoughts and consider collaborating with us on one of our exciting new projects! DM us today and let’s make a difference together through judo! #WorldJudoDay #wellbeing
