A month ago, an unforgettable charity event took place at stadium Stožice Ljubljana! MeetPoint is incredibly proud to have been a partner of the "𝗜 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗦𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗮 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗼𝗻"—a truly special event celebrating the amazing career of Goran Dragič as he bid farewell to professional basketball. 🏀 At MeetPoint, we managed the event registration process —from creating 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀 to 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 for business parts of the event, sending out 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, and ensuring smooth check-ins by scanning QR codes using our 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗽𝗽. 📲 It was an incredible experience to see how technology can support and elevate an event of this scale and significance. [Olympic games 2024] Slovenia house Paris 2024 supported by MeetPoint]   This summer, MeetPoint was honored to contribute to the Olympic Committee of Slovenia's Slovenia House project at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Slovenia house was set up in a prime location in the LaVillete Park, representing the Slovenian sport, economy, tourism, cuisine, culture, science, etc. It was a home away from home for athletes and fans, as well as a venue for important events where gender equality in sports, second career for athletes, business opportunities in Slovenia, sustainability, and other important topics were discussed. Our mission was to provide services to simplify the accreditation process for visitors attending 10 high-profile events organised by the Olympic Committee of Slovenia(OKS-ZŠZ), the Slovenian Tourist Board (STO), and SPIRIT Slovenija, javna agencija. Using our platform, we have simplified the registration process, significantly reduced the time for on-site accreditation, and digitalised all the necessary lists and participant data. This not only improved operational efficiency but also supported our shared commitment to sustainability together with OKS-ZŠZ. This year, SIW welcomed around 300 companies, including 150+ foreign travel organizers from 33 countries, who engaged in over 4,000 bilateral meetings with Slovenian tourism providers – all through the MeetPoint Networking App. Impressive, right? We managed to support our clients with onsite check-in registration at 3 different events with 3 different organisers, and 3 totally different topics –together more than 2,000 attendees. 📌 On Monday, we were at the event, organised by The International Ski and Snowboard Federation (FIS) in Portorož. 📌 On Wednesday and Thursday, we were part of a 2-day event NLB Investor Day: New Capital Horizons, organised by NLB d.d. Last week, MeetPoint managed the complex registration process and onsite check-in at the second NLB Investor Day: New Capital Horizons, which was held on May 9, 2024, in Ljubljana. Event gathered approximately 200 foreign investors, financial experts, analysts, and representatives of key regional companies and key regional media. NLB d.d. NLB Group presented a new business strategy and a vision for 2030, as well as successful NLB Group’s projects from the region and opportunities for joint projects and milestones that are opening in the future.
