My editing process is always: Remini (to remove sharp pixelated edges and make the sim face prettier) -> Meitu for filters, make up and soft brushes for shadows and lights -> Picsart for the soft glitch effect, and they also have a fake bump map effect that makes everything more 3D!!
These gifs were also made in meitu, i like this fading effect
Anyway to hell with adobe, the 3 little icons in my homescreen do better.
