Sims 4 - Le Jardin Paisible

And here is a last house I wanted to recreate without custom content (if you want to see the original one, click here) ! This time is a small house, for a sims or a couple, in my game, it’s the one where Alphonse lives. 

Location: Windenburg (Crumbling Isle), Dock Den.

Info : 30x20 lot, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom.

Playtested as usual, use bb.moveobjects on before placing the lot.
