Sims 4 - Au Fringant Destrier

If you are looking for a cute place to live during your term during your term at the University of Britechester, welcome Au Fringant Destrier! This old inn has been renovated into a nice residence for your students.

There is two versions of the lot. A Residential one, with a functional kitchen, but you will have to pay for it (or… use cheats!) and look for roommates yourself. The lot is also available as a University Housing, with a microwave instead of the stove, and it cost 1050§ per term to live there… a bit expensive, but manageable!

Location: Britechester (University of Britechester ), Darkwing House.

Info : Residential or University Housing , 20x30, four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Playtested as usual, without CC, use bb.moveobjects on before placing the lot.  You need Discover University to use this lot.
