Sims 4 - Logements Modestes (Old version)

I no longer use this lot, I reused the apartment to create a residential lot and the building to create a community lot (a café).

And here is the second last lot of my Japanese-inspired neighborhood !

Once again, it’s a fake apartment, with on the ground floor an ice cream shop, and a cheap hotel next door. I didn’t make a version without the shops this time, but if you want the reduce the bills, it won’t be that hard to empty the few rooms I furnished (and don’t forget to give your sims the frugal reward trait !). 

Sorry if I’m silent in the next few days, I’m going to be a little busy with the latest Civilization ‘s DLC !

Info : Residential, 20x20, 1 bedroom and bathroom, and a office you can convert into second bedroom.

Sims 4 - Secret Enfoui

I no longer use this lot, I may (or already have) build something else for this location.

This is what happens when I have to distinct ideas, and then combine them on the same lot ! What better place to hide your secret science complex than an abandoned barn in the countryside ?

The access to the laboratory is hidden in the basement of the barn. I put there all the objects from the science career from Get to Work, and they all can be used if your sims work in this branch (too bad we didn’t have the option to work from home). There are also plenty of activities for your other sims, there’s everything you need to live underground.

If you simply need the barn (to renovate it maybe ?), you can simply delete all the lab, it should be easy !

I tried my best for the two aspects of this lot, but it was a challenge without custom content. I hope you like the result !

Location: Brindleton Bay (Cavalier Cove), Hindquarter Hideaway.

Sims 4 - Vue Dégagée

I no longer use this lot, I reused the apartment to create a residential lot and the building to create a community lot (a library).

A new (fake) apartment !

Unfortunately, your sims will have to pay the bills for the common areas and the shops (same with my Rêverie Abordable, my first lot with a fake apartment). Giving your sims the Frugal trait from the Rewards Store can help to pay less. It’s a residential lot, but you can convert it to a Retail lot if you have Get to Work, and create your own shop in the ground floor (and use the apartment to fill your sims’ needs).

I made this apartment for my two jungle explorers, Takumi and Pallav. There is a small archaeologist’s workshop on the ground floor, and I added a hair salon.

Sims 4 - Chapelle des Deux Astres

I no longer use this lot, I may (or already have) build something else for this location.

I still didn’t have a place where my sims could get married. It was time to do something about it ! 

It was a pleasure to create this church, but a nightmare to test it with a real wedding. I did get a gold medal easily (the event was only half over when I completed all the objectives) but I have encountered some issues (against which I can do nothing). I have some advice if you want to plan a wedding here :

- Don’t hire a caterer, they make too much food, it’s better to do it yourself before the ceremony, and put everything in your sims’ inventory before going to the church (then you can stock everything in the lot’s fridge, before putting your plates on the buffet table). If you hire a caterer anyway, make sure to move the food on the buffet table too, don’t leave it in the lot’s kitchen (otherwise, all your sims will go there to eat standing !). Or if you are lazy, simply use the buffet table to serve food (you will have to bring the cake though) !

- If you hire a Entertainer, remove the organ in the basement to make sure the piano in the reception room will be used.

- If you have the Parenthood gamepack, set the table with the “border” fancy setting.

Voilà ! I think it’s better to use this place to organize a fake wedding with poses to take screenshots, but it’s also functional for gameplay (but don’t expect too much of your sims !). Anyway, I hope you’ll enjoy this lot !

Sims 4 - Orange Pressée

I really enjoyed working on this one !

I just love how the furniture from Jungle Adventure and Movie Hangout work so well together. I think it will be the last house in this style for a while, as I finished this part of my world (at the end of the post, you will find links to all the houses in this area). 

Location: Oasis Springs (Skyward Palms), Granada Place.
