We would like to thank Iniciatíva Inakosť for their training programme, which has provided us with valuable advice and knowledge on LGBTI+ issues in the workplace. This programme has helped us to better understand how to create an inclusive environment for all employees regardless of their identity.🧑💻 We received specific recommendations on how to approach members of the LGBTI+ community, improve company benefits and learned how to use language that reflects respect and equality. The personal experiences of mentors and colleagues have inspired us to take the next steps in our commitment to equality.🤲 As a result, we have become a better and more inclusive employer that supports diversity. We believe in creating a work environment where everyone feels safe, respected and supported.🤝 We heartily recommend this program to any company that values diversity and equality in the workplace.💚

Our journey with Ayvens and share bikes comes to its end in 2024.. what a ride :-) It's no secret that we like to have fun at Dedoles - and cycling with @Ayvens was the type of fun we've really come to enjoy.🤩 Looking for a new hobby? Thanks to our initiative "Dedoles change" we were able to contribute to another cause that really needs it. We contributed to Človek v ohrození with a donation of 10,000 €.❤️ These funds will help to provide humanitarian and other necessary assistance to people who have found themselves in a difficult life situation as a result of the recent floods in Slovakia. We are proud to announce that we are able to support Iniciatíva Inakosť with a donation of 10,000 €. The donation was redistributed from Dedoles change initiative, where our customers can round up a price of their orders and support various CSR activities. Part of these funds will now be used for community work and counselling for LGBTI people to provide them with a space where they can feel accepted and heard. 🌈   We believe that every step we take for an inclusive society is meaningful. In order to do our job well and keep swimming in the right direction, we need to emerge from time to time and reflect on our current direction while educating ourselves.🙏🏼   That's why our Content Team had an Offsite last week where we welcomed Matúš Hliboký, who has years of experience as a crative director and copywriter, to give a talk. His input was about new approaches to creating successful creative campaigns and also about how a big budget isn't always the best thing that can happen to a marketer.   After this inspiring input, we're sailing on in the right direction.📍
