Job Overview:

The manufacturing engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective production of goods. Main responsibilities are analyzing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Design and Improvement: Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes and systems to meet production goals. Continuously analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
  2. Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure products meet required standards and specifications. Establish testing protocols, inspection procedures, and quality assurance processes to detect and address defects or deviations in manufacturing processes.
  3. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and safety protocols in manufacturing operations. Identify potential hazards and risks in production processes and implement measures to mitigate them. Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to promote a culture of safety among manufacturing staff.
  4. Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects such as lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen events. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence across the organization.

  • Your experience in manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing
  • Advanced knowledge of the English language (at least B2)
  • Advanced knowledge of CAD ( Creo , Solid Edge)
  • Ability to read and create documentation (work instructions)
  • Your university degree - not a must
