I am very happy to announce a new product and a the first Open Innovation project for NuHpro srls! I met Simona Luchian and Franco Varvello totally by chance at Parma Cibus Tech 2023, it took me five minutes to understand that I wanted to work with them and create a line of products with their innovative soluble fibres, and so we did: SWEE-THY Junior is the first line in collaboration with Heallo, of Kids Food Nutrition created for prevention in the treatment of diabetes and childhood obesity . Today we present the first product: MilkChoc! A powdered preparation for chocolate drinks, added with a heat-resistant probiotic and Heallo 's JAXplus® soluble prebiotic fiber from a beetroot matrix. This product is ⬇️ low glycemic index,⬆️ rich in fibre, ❌gluten and lactose free and obviously 🌱100% natural. To make the product even healthier and more digestible, we added a spore-forming probiotic capable of strengthening their immune system and improving their digestion, integrating everything with Arabinoxylan JAXplus® prebiotic fibres. .
