Happy New Week! October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month - a deliberate reminder of the impact of breast cancer and emphasis on the importance of early detection. Breast cancer affects millions of women around the world, and we at Wave are dedicated to supporting initiatives that promote early detection and providing resources for those affected. This month, our teams in Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire organized a day out, using the theme “Breast Cancer: It's time to make a difference.” Additionally, we also partnered with the National Center for Medical Oncology and Radiotherapy (CNRAO) in Côte d'Ivoire to host an informative webinar on breast cancer prevention tips and to share insights on the latest medical innovations in the fight against this disease. Together, we can all make a difference in the fight against breast cancer!💙
