This is her story: "In 2021, I embarked on a journey to renew my experience. I was yearning for increased performance, more significant challenges to overcome, enhanced flexibility, and, above all, a departure from traditional ways of working. During this period, I received several job offers and after careful consideration, I chose to accept Wave’s offer - a company I only knew vaguely. It wasn't a leap into the unknown but a strong intuition. Happy Friday! ✨ Today, we are flashing back to when our team in Côte d'Ivoire celebrated Father's Day in a unique way. The team organized a culinary competition with the theme “Travel around the world with chicken”. Six team members from different departments showcased their cooking skills. The judges got to taste and rate all the amazing chicken dishes and boyyyy…they really impressed us all! It was such a fun experience, and moments like these truly reiterate the team spirit and culture we're cultivating at Wave despite our diverse backgrounds. 💙 Enjoy the weekend!

From strangers to colleagues and then to life partners, their journey together is nothing short of a fairy tale. Here's a glimpse of their experiences: Jean-Marc "I joined Wave in August 2021 and met my wife a month later. Our relationship began through a colleague who didn't hesitate to introduce us. Working with my wife, Sarah, is such a unique experience. We have an excellent working relationship and exchange views on subjects related to our professional development. We sometimes work closely together on certain projects. Her professionalism and sound advice are invaluable to me." Sarah "I joined Wave in September 2021, having been referred by a colleague, and then fate brought my husband and I together. Working with Jean-Marc means working with an exemplary person. He's a great source of motivation. We share the same values and common goals. We also find the right balance between our professional and private lives to better organize ourselves for work and thoroughly enjoy our family time."
