  • As we navigate the transformative path of the Youth Friendly Standards (YFS), it’s crucial to understand the roles of all stakeholders in fostering a systems-based approach for youth inclusion. Here’s how our journey unfolds through three pivotal stages: 1. Adopt: We start by redefining ‘youth-friendly’ beyond age, viewing young people as vibrant contributors to society. This stage focuses on understanding diverse backgrounds and instilling practices that value youth by design or impact. 2. Assess: Through tailored assessment tools, we gauge the levels of youth engagement across organizations. This process not only diagnoses current practices but also sets the stage for aligning with YFS benchmarks, ensuring that youth engagement is effective and resonates with our core values. 3. Transform: The transformation phase is where theory meets action. By prioritizing standards needing immediate enhancement, we facilitate targeted interventions that make spaces and policies more inclusive and accessible for all youth. 🔗 Dive deeper into our approach and discover how you can be part of this meaningful change: Learn More https://lnkd.in/dSKUvXRe Together, let’s shift from traditional engagement to a model where youth are seen as essential partners in development.
