We have successfully developed the 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝟏 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲-𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐈𝐂𝐓, 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 in partnership with Save the Children International. Following a two-day curriculum validation and endorsement workshop, we conducted capacity-building training for secondary school teachers in 𝐆𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐚𝐲𝐨, 𝐐𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐡𝐨, 𝐁𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐬𝐨, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐞, empowering them to deliver high-quality, skills-based education.
