What an incredible EP from one of the best in the progressive scene; another great release from Wes! It's a short ride but every track has so much creativity and the album as a whole is very coherent as whole. Due to this, I often can't help but listen to the whole EP every time I revisit it. I cannot recommend this enough! :D

This album’s dynamic tonality defies typical metal. The guitar tone is crystalline, resonant, and evolving — almost storytelling. While virtuosic, the technicality is balanced, avoiding contrivance common to solo guitar records. Each song's progression is enthralling, delivering chills even after years. Spacious, delicate passages are breathtaking, making the brief opus feel almost bittersweet in its brevity. This is why I hunt for music.
