IPL auction: Three T20 World Cup stars who could trigger a bidding war
The Indian Premier League action is likely to be held in December this year. The franchises will be keeping a close eye on the ongoing action in the 2022 Men’s T20 World Cup in Australia. Here are three international stars Sporstar thinks will be much sought after at the IPL Auctions this time.

Indian Premier League franchises have to inform the BCCI of the players they intend to release by November 15. IPL 2023 is tentatively slated to start in the third week of March and will run till May-end or early June and auctions for the same are likely to be held in December this year.
The next IPL mini-auction will be reportedly held on December 16. The BCCI is yet to finalise the venue for the auction.
Media reports suggest Istanbul or Bengaluru could host the auction.
