Scope

To define and to supply the checking procedures of the essential characteristics of the appliances, fed by gas, as shown below: - open burners and wok burners, ovens and steaming ovens, boiling pans, fryers, hot cupboards and bain-marie, hot water heaters for beverage, salamanders and rotisseries, brat pans and paëlla, solid tops, warming plates and griddles, barbecues, charcoals and grills.
