| Abstract/Scope | Dieser Teil der EN 12201 enthält Empfehlungen für die Beurteilung der Konformität von Formmassen, Erzeugnissen, Verbindungen und Bauteilkombinationen entsprechend dem/den zutreffenden Teil(en) der EN 12201, die als Teil des Qualitätsmanagementsystems im Qualitätssicherungsplan des Herstellers und für die Einführung von Zertifizierungsverfahren vorgesehen sind. Es wird empfohlen, dass das Qualitätsmanagementsystem EN ISO 9001 [1] oder mindestens ebenso strengen Anforderungen entspricht. ANMERKUNG 1 Bei Zertifizierung wird empfohlen, dass die Zertifizierungs- und die Überwachungsstelle in Abhängigkeit vom Anwendungsfall vorzugsweise EN ISO/IEC 17065 [5], EN ISO/IEC 17021 [3] oder EN ISO/IEC 17020 [2] entsprechen. Dieses Dokument gilt in Zusammenhang mit den Teilen 1 bis 5 der EN 12201 (siehe Vorwort) für Kunststoff-Rohrleitungssysteme aus Polyethylen (PE) für die Wasserversorgung sowie für Entwässerungs- und Abwasserdruckleitungen. Es gilt für Rohre, Formstücke und Armaturen aus PE, deren Verbindungen sowie für Verbindungen mit Rohrleitungsteilen aus anderen Werkstoffen, die für die Verwendung unter den folgenden Bedingungen vorgesehen sind: a) zulässiger Betriebsdruck PFA bis 25 bar1); b) Betriebstemperatur von 20 °C als Bezugstemperatur; c) erdverlegt; d) Entwässerung ins Meer (Siele); e) in Gewässern verlegt; f) oberirdisch verlegt, einschließlich Düker und Brückenleitungen. ANMERKUNG 2 Zu Anwendungen bei konstanter Betriebstemperatur oberhalb 20 °C bis 40 °C siehe EN 12201-1:2011, Anhang A. ANMERKUNG 3 Die geeignete Auswahl aus diesen Aspekten unter Berücksichtigung der jeweiligen Anforderungen und aller nationalen Leitlinien oder Regelungen sowie Verfahren oder Vorschriften für die Verlegung liegt in der Verantwortung des Käufers oder Auftraggebers. |
