Scope
Standardization in the field of safety of equipment for making of iron, steel and non-ferrous metals and their shaping by rolling, forging and extruding as semi-finished or finished products; excluding - equipments for coal and ore preparation, - industrial thermoprocessing equipment (covered by CEN/TC 186) - foundry machinery (covered by CEN/TC 202) - Surface treatment equipment (covered by CEN/TC 271), - Wire drawing machinery.
