Methods for analysis of allergens |
Scope
To develop CEN documents for analytical methods applicable to know allergens in materials and products.
Allergens in food, medicinal products, natural latex proteins or other proteins, identification of new allergens, testing of sensitizing potential of allergens are excluded from scope of the TC.
