Tengo un pequeño problema, sucede que terminé el juego con sus 3 rutas más el logro secreto que quedaron marcados dentro del mismo juego, pero Steam no los marca como desbloqueados... Alguien sabe si existe alguna solución a ese pequeño detalle?

None of the achievements are being triggered/activated after beating the game, I'm guessing either the game is broken or just the achievements.

I just tried to install the game today (1.2.1) and it says installed but cannot start. I had a look into the folder and it is empty. I just checked with other games to confirm it was not a steam problem and this seems to be only with Kare wa Kanojo. I hope you can fix it, because KWK was one of my favourite novel many years back, a great hymn to tolerance ......
