Achievement: Throw like a baker???

What do you have to do for this achievement?

I tried to throw everything i can take in the bakery but nothing.
My guess now is that it's related to the donut machine as long as you haven't fully developed them.

Can anyone confirm it or explain what to do?

Its my last achievment :)

Pick something up, A tray will do and hold right mouse button. You should then see a bar fill at the bottom of the screen, once you see that bar release right mouse button.

Thank you :D it takes a moment for the bar to appear than in other games :)
