Turn 'Resolution Scaling' to OFF.
This will get rid of the low-res 'blurriness', then adjust the graphics settings to your performance liking.

That's completely true. Setting res scale to off only helps some way. You need to increase SteamVR to about res 250% or higher. And no, I'm not joking.

With my oc'ed RTX 3090 I feel I can finally play the game - for the first time. All settings maxed and res 250% I get 90 fps - mostly. Or motion smoothing is your friend here'n there.

For $7 this is an awesome experience, but I would not want to get below a RTX 3080 or similarly fast gpus.

so how do you up the resolution, last time I played the game wouldn't let me use steam to up the resolution, has this been changed or are you doing it another way?

It probably doesn't poll within the game to pick up the changes in real time, unlike some games, but it should pick up any changes upon a restart. So set the res you want in SteamVR settings and restart the game to see the result.

I actually couldnt get any change through the steam resolution setting, using 3dfps and detecting the res after change showed no change whatsoever and it looked the same. It was detecting a lower res than my headsets res which is the index. Wondering if open vr fsr works altho I also put that in and it doesnt seem to work

ill try the restart now
