Devlog #23 - Sushi Time

Hello Restaurant Renovators!

Ready for a new devlog🚨?

It’s time to introduce a brand new location - Sushi Restaurant🍣! Though lack of windows will surely save you some work with removing the boards and cleaning, make no mistake - there is still plenty to do in this charming, cozy spot. Here are some screenshots to prove it.

Demo Review

This game is great, highly addicting. Here's some feedback for improvements. 1. Being able to see an item's star rating when I hover over it (or use "R") should be a must. I shouldn't have to find it in the tablet to be able to see and compare the star values of items to figure out which is bringing down my score. 2. Also about the tablet, PLEASE enable a sidebar for scrolling and clicking and dragging that. Using my mouse wheel to scroll was like... .1 pixel at a time and took FOREVER to look through a...

Initial Impressions.

Just got done running through the demo, and I have to say, I like the slice of content provided. The gameplay hits that sweet spot of being just intricate enough to not feel arcade-y, without being so bogged down by the simulation aspects to make it frustrating or boring. That being said, however, I do have a couple of nitpicks. I really enjoyed the depth of the actual "Renovation" portion of the game.
