I placed down the foldable table and chair until I could afford better furniture, but now I don't know how to get them out of my house. I can move them around, but I can't seem to remove them.

I decided to start a new game in Slot 2. I painted in everything I could find in the front garden & steps and collected all the drops, then decided it was finally time to go meet Marianne. 1. Paint droplets which spawn on the other side of the fence in the Park and in the Market can't be collected. Some of droplets remain uncollected above the pond in the Park, high on the wall in the Neighborhood, over the locomotive cabin in Railroad and other places. Have no idea how to get them. 2. I noticed that some stamps that I saw for a quest, I think it was the flag for the commune, showed up in the recommendation section, but I haven't seen them anywhere else, it was the broken brick walls. I am also missing two stamps from the world, I believe I know where they are but I can't paint them. One is the lamppost in the neighbourhood next to the entrance to the railroad and the other is the barrier in the railroad by the same entrance back into the neighbourhood.
