I am getting the following screen when I try to log in. " It seems it is not possible to connect to our servers. Maybe your Internet connection is down, or you have a firewall that blocks TCP/IP outgoing connection to port 9598." Is this due to the server(s) being down? Tried to fix the ports on Windows Defender too. Suggestions?

I tried multiple alternatives, without solution: a) disable the firewall; b) tried to alternate the Internet Provider (even routing through my mobile phone); c) tried different computers (laptos or/and desktops) with multiple operating systems.
Always the same error message.
The problem seems to be with the app itself.
