Green Diamond achievement bugged?
I got the diamond sometime yesterday by having Larry sober up and talk to Biff. Notice today that no achievement has popped.

Looks like it is a bug. I got the achivement when I had sober Larry and Smiley in Biff sector

I got the achievement recently with Smiley. For me it registered the second I got the diamond.
