How to get Wish-Keeper catalysts RN?

Hello, can anyone say how to unlock the Wish-Keeper catalysts and all craftable options for it?

yeah, I know I got the bow, but for catalysts I need to complete it again? or mb on legendaty?

Yes, you do need to complete the quest on legendary difficulty

sorry, quest you meant extoic bow mission on legendary? Cuz I couldn't find any missions for catalysts (
