Controlled Burst + Deeper Pockets

And if we want to go even further to help this poor weapon we could make the scorch stacks high enough per single shot to always trigger an ignition (Because locking that behind solar and demanding a fragment for that is stupid and should be baseline.)

Thoughts? Because this thing needs severe help.

They could make it so it deals more damage if all the burst explosions hit the same target.

So like a target lock-like perk? I feel like controlled Burst already does that since you need all bolts- or hits of the beam in this case- to actually proc controlled burst for 20% increased damage and 10% off the charge-up time.
