Could you care to explain what exactly is the problem? Is the quest message stuck on screen or what else could it be?

Hello, thank you. The message keeps popping up and I don't even have any solar armor or whatever. I tried to find the kindling slot and it seems it does not exist. Any advise is appreciated.

I have completed my quest fine but you could try to fix this bug in resetting your Bouties for the Solstice Forge quest. To do this, open your main Director and then go to Quests.

i just kept playing until i crafted the armor and it went away
try deleting the quest from your quests tab, relaunching, and then grabbing it back from eva levante as well, some people are saying that is how you fix it
