Did not find a thread on this. There is no scale at the bottom of the demand graph for a product. I assume it is time but it is not days. What drives the demand? I have watched total amount and day to day as potential drivers but have yet to discover how it works. For instance, milk at 4.05, I want a minimum of 4.15 and trend line is up, I come back in a day and it is at 4.00 after having jumped to 4.09 while I was off the screen. I'm not sure what I am missing... I have 3 pigsty and one I am able to click the Use Organic Food option, but the other two it is greyed out. Saved and reloaded to check if that resolved it, but it did not.

It takes forever for the slow workers to do anything and you can't control anything, add or remove workers or even abort a task.
