Did not find a thread on this. There is no scale at the bottom of the demand graph for a product. I assume it is time but it is not days. What drives the demand? I have watched total amount and day to day as potential drivers but have yet to discover how it works. For instance, milk at 4.05, I want a minimum of 4.15 and trend line is up, I come back in a day and it is at 4.00 after having jumped to 4.09 while I was off the screen. There does not seem to be a way to figure out when to come back to the sell tab to get your target price.
