What's next? Gacha?
I did not complete the last event and neither will I push myself to complete this one. But I still play once in a while and sometimes I enjoy the journey of leading another nomadic tribe slowly through the ages, making role-playing decisions here and there and not min maxing and rushing things.
My only request from you is Local Personas and renaming of outposts. I would like to rename my villages. Stellaris allows us to create leaders with appropriate names. Please allow us to do that in Humankind without mods, or allow renaming of downloaded personas before a game is started.
Just make the "events" free DLC or updates or something. It's bad for literally everyone to have them as they are now. Even some GAAS games are moving away from the "limited" part of timed events, to where you can go back and unlock stuff if you want to.
i have missed all previous events up to this point and the existance of FOMO is pushing me away from participating in content like this.
please devs, listen to your players and at a very least come up with a way for players to work towards unlocking the content from past limited events, even if this is as basic as telling us that events will return on a certain cycle.
Though, as others have said: please don't put a time limit on those challenges. This is pushing me away from the game because now I'm thinking about the time commitment needed rather than the game itself.
