Quick Fix Not Working Any tips?
ok I just did 2 different times where I had a double feed and cleared it and quickly fired and killed a shock drone and no achievement after the second time I got a stove pipe and the drone was still alive but lying on the floor so I cleared the jam and shot the drone still no achievement I have no idea why?! is there some kind of anti cheat thing, I have never used mods I've never used console commands I remember once or twice accidentally hitting the button so what is my game now locked before I did that???? this is the last achievement I need and I really want it but I can't figure out how to get it done

The game detects if killdrones are incapacitated and can't attack you. For example, sometimes, despite being spotted by such a killdrone, the music doesn't kick into high intensity, and hacking them is significantly easier and without a timeout.

I assume in the second case the achievement didn't trigger because of this.

I don't know anything about the first case, so I can't say much about it. I guess it may require you to kill a drone that's actively chasing you while clearing the malfunction?
