how do i trigger the power rush? the few posts about it say to release when you see a brief flash. brief flash doesnt seem to exist, and if its the thing that builds up on the shield, i cant trigger it no matter what when that builds up either

I need to understand why this small, repetitive game without enough variation is so highly rated and praised by people! I've watched reviews and read about it and I can't convince myself to buy it! Are there only 4 biomes? 4 bosses? Why does it seem boring and repetitive, even though I haven't played it yet? I love Dead Cells, but why does it feel like a demo? WHY IS IT SO OVERRATED? Hello everyone, Last time I played Hades, I remember been really frustrated after defeating the first boss, dying in the next chamber ...and throw back at the beginning of the game. I was sure I would be able to restart from the second level but ...no. I learned what the term "rogue-like" meant. Now I was planning to give it a second try and maybe activate "god mode". From what I understand, it raise your resistance to a max of 80%. Which is the equivalent of having almost 2 lifes. Am I right? Also...
