Capturing a ship into fleet?
I've got an empty slot in my fleet and just boarded (light sloop, same as my current ship) and added 3 men to it so it's "well crewed", but I can't add it. The arrow pointing to the left is grayed out.

What I am missing?

you need the skill that lets you capture boarded ships. The skill is called "requisition" and if I remember right, is the third on the red set of skills

You're kidding me? I can capture a ship, have empty spots in my fleet, but I'm too much of a dumb @$$ to just add it my fleet... I mean, I can buy a new ship and add that to my fleet? Makes sense.

just bought the game on GoG, and wow what ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ move is that ? and why is it hidden in the skilltree that looks like melee skills....

I came here looking for the answer to this exact question. Terrible design decision but glad I found the answer at least.
