employee in the way - ice cream stand

When Uncle goes to the ice cream stand, the employee stands right there. I can kind of see through them, but not really. Please get them out of the way while I have to do their job.

I think you have to dismiss the employee, and let them rest then you should be able to see everything, that what I did, I was having problems doing ice cream so I gave up after I was done with the uncle.
