The first cutscene, after you meet with the chieftan and are tasked to go meet the goddess.
The game seems to belive, there is NO WAY for you to have all the mats to complete the "Essential resources" immediatly.
or some other background process prevents whats to come.

Turn in one material. Exit the altar. All is well. The cutscene plays out as intended. Go back to the altar, finish it. Badabin, badaboom. Here is your recycling station. All is well.

HOWEVER.

If you instead of just turning in all, and finish the altar in one go, before the cutscene with the goddess. She cheats you out of the recycling station. (Or simply forgets to hand it out) :p

I want my recycling station! *sobs a little before moving on.*
