Unfortunately we are not really aware of any crashes caused by the game itself. As far as we know the game should not crash at all unless there's an external issue that triggers this.

Sadly there are too few details here to understand why this might happen in your case. Most of the time it's something related to drivers or possible RAM high usage but it's impossible to say exactly.
