I am playing as Finland in the '1939 Attack' scenario (fog of war is on) and it seems quite odd that I am seeing the Soviet newspapers telling me that the campaign is starting and that I am leading the Soviet forces. I'm also being told to protect Leningrad. That doesn't seem right to me. Should the Soviet newspapers be seen by the Finnish player?...

This forum seems pretty dead, but I'll ask anyway - is the AI in this game typical for all SGS games? In the 'grand campaign', first try, I got a very easy win as Finns on expert rating. Basically, the Russian AI attacked in 4 places at the start, and then renewed attacks in the Karelian isthmus at the very end, but in between did virtually nothing with the forces it had available in the south. The Winter War Historical Flag and Music mod uses the same conventions as the Overlord mod with waving flags for designating sides and territory control and flat flags for the units. The mod replaces the mid-war Soviet Anthem with the one the Soviets were actually using during the Winter War (the Russia version of the Internationale).
