FOR THOSE WHO PLAYED FIRST PART BEFORE THIS SEQUEL

This game has all magic from first part, but more cool upgrades. This part is a little easier, especially, the final castle. Jump control is more responsive now.
The game is very cosy and have more cute moments and secrets.
And it looks absolutely gorgeous when you consider it was made by only four dudes.

My personal advice - put orbs on bubble upgrade to max lvl first, then brick, then lightning.

I found this to be a relatively easy puzzle/metroidvania.
Combat was pretty generic, and some mechanics and upgrades definitely could've use a better explanation or a tutorial area to demonstrate exactly what they're doing.
The exploration was fun, but the lack of markers for the map meant the you would have to memorize item locations.
The majority of my deaths were to insta-death spikes and drowning, so take that as a warning for some of the more frustrating areas.
Overall, worth a try.

This is almost a good game, there's just one too many bad design choices that makes it fall short.
