Can't launch the game in VR

Any tips for actually getting the game to launch in VR mode? Whether I pick standard or VR mode from the Steam Launch prompt it always just puts me ion Theatre Mode. I toggle VR on in the options and it asks if I want to stay in VR even though I'm still in Theatre Mode.

What are you supposed to do?

I'm on a Quest 3 by the way.

Neonshadow has STAR WARS™: Squadrons

I just played this game in VR using a Quest 3. I did use SteamLink to play the game. Not sure what method you are using. In my instance, it worked without issue. I did have to use a controller to play the game.
