I can confirm it worked for me. Just be sure to restart your computer after adding the new variable, the fix didn't work for me until I did that.

that fix the problem, do you know way its helps?
I figure something is missing from modern cpu's that the tf2's mp relied on.
That variable returns what was missing, but thats just me guessing.
