Refund for the Campaign
Hello, I am refunding the campaign as my frames are low. I only have 60 minutes of playtime on it but I have 3 hours total. Steam rejected my refund because of it. What can I do?

- 60 minutes playtime
- Bought only today
- In my 3 hours a majority was loading screens and crashes

how do you have 3 hours total but know you only have 60 minutes of playtime? Did you time yourself?

I'm guessing steam rejected your refund because the 3 hours total time and I think their policy is 2 hours max. They don't care if the majority of that time is in loading screens. Maybe you can contact their support and explain the game isn't running right?

Out of curiosity, you state your frames are low. How many FPS are your seeing and what are your graphics settings like? What is the hardware in your PC?

That, and clarify the difference between playing in Campaign and in multiplayer.

What is your GPU and VRAM and screen max refresh rate?

PotatOS doesn't run Infinite well. Honestly, it's struggling on my 4080, 64gbs of ram and i5k 14th gen to pull over 60fps on 2k. I keep getting 1 percent lows of like 30, and lots of stuttering. Not an issue in cyberpunk, which is supposedly way more intense.

PotatOS? System requirement Win 10/11 64 bit for PC. With a 4070 8gb I get 170 fps on average.
I had and issue with a game about a couple months ago. I got a refund from steam. In order to get a refund you cannot get a refund if you have played more than 4 hours and or 2 weeks of play, I only played the game for 2 hours. That's how I got my refund.
