Did they put strict sbmm now?

Since they put the new forge/social playlist and it doesn't have sbmm, played a few games today and I got against sweaty players, every game, and I just got some teammates that where learning the game, not even on all the days that I have been playing were this worse

SBMM is flat out broken AF.
Not only does it ensure long wait times outside of EU and US, therefore hastening a declining population, but it doesn't even work.
Get curb-stomped constantly by teams with much lower skill rating in team lineup.
The game plays like it's only the 50/50 win loss algorithm that matters, and FORCES the game through slight adjustments to movement speed and hit box size, to that result.
