The next true souls game isn't going to be dark souls, elden ring, or bloodborne related if I had to guess. It will be something entirely new. It will obvious have similar things to these games, but I hope that fromsoftware takes the next step and makes something new. Like with how they expanded into open world with elden ring.
Give me something with a completely different setting from Dark Souls, Elden Ring, Sekiro or Bloodborne.
Magitech, or Science Fiction, or modern day fantasy....
One reason Bloodborne stands out is because the setting is so different. I want another game that isn't traditional high fantasy.
Realistically? I have no idea. A return to more linear games would be nice though. I'd like to see them apply what they learned making Elden Ring to Dark Souls 4.
i don't think either elden ring or dark souls are ''traditional high fantasy'' at all but otherwise I agree with the sentiment, I hope they make a new and more unique setting
Bloodborne is already on pc. If you desire you can play it today.
And no... I dont care about a demon souls or bloodborn port.
I want a fresh new IP to explore! And im willing to pay... FS give !
