The game has a solid foundation. I enjoy Bloons' core gameplay, and the different setting here is refreshing. However, I think some technical and gameplay issues hinder the injoyment.

Gameplay Progression
After a certain point, usually around levels 25-30, you essentially "win the game." Money stops mattering since you’ve unlocked every upgrade and building, leaving you without new goals. Beyond acquiring every piece of land and getting all monkey knowledge upgrades, there’s nothing substantial left to work toward. Adding more endgame content, like upgrades or long-term goals, would keep players engaged longer.

Technical Issues

Contested Territories Crashes: On PC, if you go beyond round 70+ in Contested Territories, the game consistently crashes. It doesn’t crash during gameplay but rather during the transition after you lose. Since it crashes before exiting the game mode, it doesn’t register, meaning two hours of playtime end up wasted. Playing on mobile seems to be the only workaround I’ve found for this issue.

MVM Auto-Play Bug: Another bug appears in MVM mode when the auto-play setting is on. Since MVM automatically starts the next round without pausing, the game ends up skipping a round, never sending the bloons for that missed level. This was confusing and took a long time to figure out, but it’s frustrating when trying to strategize effectively.

Overall, the game has a lot of bugs, lacks endgame depth, and becomes easy to master once you know the best setups. Still, I enjoy it and would love to see the developers come back to polish and improve the experience.

cant build the port on either lake or river. other buildings cant be built with no explanation. am i supposed to research them, build something else prior. it just never tell you.
