How to activate sex scene?
I bring both characters near the bed, I click z to activate and it lock the first choice but then nothing happens. I can only select and unselect the option can anyone help or it's a bug?

the first sex choice is not in the bed, but in the lower room on that couch.

There are three places sex scenes occur: in a seated position (most often requires the sofa downstairs), on a flat surface (bed or wide space), or bathtub (the area also typically counts as a flat surface).
